Chief Medical and Technology Officer
Mr. Gershick is an experienced senior “C-Level” executive substantial hands-on financial and operational experience in early stage and hyper-growth private and public companies. He has extensive experience in both private and public company business planning & strategy, corporate finance including reverse acquisitions, debt and equity-based seed, venture, mezzanine, institutional, and PIPE financing, with interface with the investment community at all levels. He has a strong background in business planning, new product launch and rollout, strategic alliance formation and management, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, global technology licensing and public company reporting, compliance and governance.
Dr. Dixit was educated at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Case Western Reserve. He completed a double fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Miami and Hepatology/Liver Transplant at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Dr. Dixit has continued to perform and organize research trials that improves his ability to treat patients. He has advised many VC and Incubators that are medically and nutritionally focused CPG and technology start‐ups.
Dr. Dixit carries years of experience with functional consumable related products and treating patients of diverse disease states.
